My name is Janet Bonney and my sister, Jayne Sabino, and I have been avid model horse collectors since we were around 4 years of age, and artists for just about that long! We began showing models as well as repainting them in 1973, when we discovered the world of model horse showing through a subscription to the Model Horse Shower's Journal. We still have alot of the old Breyers and Hartlands from the 60's and early 70's.

Artistically, we have always loved painting animals, especially horses. We grew up with ponies in our lives, and currently own 3 miniature horses, 2 welsh ponies (which our 4 kids love to ride!), an Appy and a Thoroughbred. We also need to mention our other animals---3 dogs, 7 cats, and 4 hamsters (divided among two families, of course!).

After taking a break from the model horse hobby for about 10 years when our children came along, we began showing/customizing again about 2 years ago. We work in several different mediums--oils and acrylics, and have just begun recently to work with pastels, with excellent results! We are constantly receiving emails from customers letting us know that their models have NAN-qualified in live shows throughout the USA! We have also sold our models to customers in Europe. We list some of our customs on Ebay, under Seller ID Faline123@aol.com. We take a LIMITED number of custom orders (email FIRST to confirm), and our models are guaranteed--if you aren't happy, return for a refund.
